Thurso Community Council began working with the Caithness Partnership last year and community needs were identified for the area. A draft Community Development Action Plan was then produced. Stakeholders in the Thurso area were consulted, small amendments were made, new projects added and a final draft was approved in April 2010. The Caithness Partnership continues to support and assist Thurso Community Council and the downloadable CDAP will be regularly updated with its progress.
